Obituary of Richard Ramsay

Richard Ramsay, 84, grew up in Jersey City. He served in the Army as a veteran of the Korean War, was a retired police officer with the Port Authority of NY/NJ, and worked in the Middlesex County Court system. He was husband to his loving wife Claire Ramsay; father to Richard James Ramsay (Sandra), Gloria Vasquez (Raymond), and his predeceased daughter Marilyn Berger (John). He had eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren, and was brother to predeceased Edward Ramsay (Marianne). Visitation will be held at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River on Monday from 6 pm until the service time at 7:30 pm. Interment will take place 10:00 am Tuesday at the Brig. General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ.
