Obituary of Owen P. Grogan

Owen P. Grogan, 64, of Barnegat passed away on Monday, December 1 at his home. He worked as an accountant for many years before retiring. Born and raised in Newark, he lived in Chicago, moving to Barnegat 10 years ago. Surviving are: 2 brothers: John Grogan, Sr. of Barnegat Martin Grogan of Mystic Island Sister: Judith Grogan of Newark Nephew: John Grogan Jr., and Kimberly Niece: Susan Tilson and Ryan Grand nieces and nephews: Leah, Ryan and Ashley Former wife: Rosie Avilles Friends are invited to celebrate Owen’s life with his family on Thursday from 6 to 8 pm followed by an 8:00 p.m. memorial service at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River.
