Mrs.Cag was the best and my most favorite substitute teacher when I was in grade school. She was kind, loving and always there to guide you. I was so very sorry to hear of her passing.

Remembering Beverly Ann Cagliostro, a remarkable woman known for her kindness and love. I had the privilege of meeting her at the Fifth Avenue Chapel in Belmar, NJ. A dedicated mother and a firm believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, Beverly's passion for music touched countless lives through her teachings. Her kindness and thoughtfulness have left an indelible mark on many. Grateful for her presence in our lives. - Dr. Jim Brown

Benny,
Sorry about the loss of a beloved wife, mother and grandmother but happy that Bev is experiencing the ultimate joy to be in the presence of her Savior the Lord Jesus Christ.
Enjoyed the many days we spent together this last January in Florida, visiting different sites.

Benny and I have been friends since about 1960 (are we that old???) when we were together in the fifth grade at Frank Antonides School in West Long Branch. Sometime in the early 70's when I came home for either break or summer from Ohio University, I met Bev when she was in WLB, so I've known her for almost 55 years. When I met her the first time she instantly became a friend, and when I brought the woman who would be my wife, Dot, to visit my mom IN WLB, Benny, Bev, Dot and I became good friends. We were at each other's weddings. Whenever Dot and I came to NJ we usually got to see Benny and Bev. Before Dot's death in 2011, Benny and Bev often stopped to visit us in Maryland on their way to or from Florida, and even when Dot was gone Benny and Bev made it their business to continue stopping by when they passed through the area.
Probably the most memorable instance from our friendship was at Christmas time in 1984. Our twin girls had been born in May of that year, and when we visited Bev was pregnant. I looked at her and she looked like Dot had before Julie and Marci were born. I asked her if she was sure she was having only one baby because she looked just like Dot had. I can still feel the ache in my side where Dot's elbow landed when I asked that!! But a month later Benny called to say that indeed Bev had given birth to twins---Jim and Joe.
A few years later, Dot and I and Julie and Marci went with Benny, Bev, Jim and Joe to the Twins Festival in Twinsburg, Ohio.
.
Other than my family members, I've known Bev longer than anybody else in my life outside of Benny. She will be greatly missed.

I first met Bev in the early 90’s when she substituted for me at Betty McElmon Elementary. Bev, our friend and colleague Patti, and I worked together for many years creating the school’s spring show. Bev’s musical talent was the driving force behind those shows.
Working on these shows, sharing hundreds of lunches both in school and at her home, her motorcycle visits to my home, and most importantly sharing our faith have left me with wonderful memories of my dear friend, Bev.
Ray joins me in expressing our deepest sympathy to the entire family.

Thank you, Mrs. Lochen, for your kind memories. GWH was a special place for them. We always said the "Chatterbox" was named after Mom as she loved simply spending time with brothers and sisters in Christ. (Even this past summer, Mom and Dad were out later than us most nights just sitting and being with everyone).

As a young Christian in fellowship at Fifth Avenue Chapel I enjoyed Bev and Benny's hospitality at their home many times. The two of them made me feel so welcome and loved, and it was a joy to see Bev as the wonderful wife and mother she was. They were an amazing team in raising their children as well as in service for the Lord. My wife Linda might comment separately, but should mention that she has great memories of Bev as her pioneer girls leader. Praying for Benny the rest of the family in their loss of such a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. So thankful Bev is beyond pain and enjoying eternal life in a new fullness in the presence of our wonderful Lord and Savior.

Thank you for your prayers, Mr. Kramer. Yes, Mom loved serving the young people at Fifth Ave Chapel and Mom and Dad were hospitable throughout their lives. A couple of our friends have shared that Mom was absolutely a second mom to them. What an example we had growing up - we are so grateful and she will be missed.

Thank you for these kind words, Robin. Thank you for your love for Mom and Dad and all the grandchildren! And yes, what a comfort to know:
1 Thes 4:17-18
Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord. Therefore encourage one another with these words.
