Carol Ann Boyce, 85, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 30, 2025 in Toms River, NJ. Born and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey, Carol later moved to Kearny, where she raised her daughter, Lisa. She went on to live in Elizabeth before retiring to Toms River, where she enjoyed her later years surrounded by friends and neighbors at The Oaks of Toms River.

While Carol had a career working in brokerage firms, her last job at Sunrise Assisted Living in Westfield, brought her the most joy. She loved helping the elderly and found her passion in helping others. Carol loved listening to Neil Diamond as much as she loved a good dessert.

Carol is survived by her devoted daughter, Lisa Canzano; her cherished grandson, Joseph Carnevale, her adored great-grandson, Luca John and her niece Melissa Boyce Monte.

She is predeceased by her parents, Helen and William Boyce, and her brothers, Robert, William, and Dennis.

Carol will be remembered for her kind spirit, her love of reading, and the joy she found in spending time with her friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

There will be a private cremation followed by interment at Greenwood Cemetery in Tuckerton, New Jersey. In honor of Carol’s love for animals, donations to an animal rescue organization in her memory would be deeply appreciated.
