Frank J. Soltis, 87, of Toms River, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 16, 2026.

Frank was born in Passaic, New Jersey, and grew up in Clifton. He was a graduate of Clifton High School and proudly served his country as a United States Navy veteran during the Vietnam era.

He lived in Hopatcong and later in Florida before retiring to Toms River. Frank was a devoted parishioner of St. Justin’s Roman Catholic Church and an active member of several organizations, including Knights of Columbus Council 4969, 4th Degree; Toms River Elks Lodge #1875; and VFW Post #6063.

Frank was predeceased by his beloved wife, Audrey Soltis.

He is survived by his loving daughter, Nadine, and her husband, John.
