Judi Fisher, aged 66, passed away peacefully at home on May 26, 2026 in Toms River, New Jersey. Previously she lived in Staten Island, NY.

Judi was born in Brooklyn, NY on July 19, 1959 to Eileen and Walter Quinn.

She graduated from Notre Dame Academy with honors. She went on to Iona College, where she took part in the Irish and glee clubs. She graduated with summa cum laude.

After college, she started in the insurance industry and then moved to New York Telephone. From there, she joined Scudder Investments, which eventually became Deutsche Bank. There she worked her way up in the billing department to become a Senior Vice President. While working and carrying her future son, Judi went back to night school at St. John’s University to finish her Master of Business Administration degree.

Judi married Rich Fisher in October 1985. They welcomed their son Sean Fisher in 1994.

Judi’s final years in Toms River, NJ were among the happiest of her life. She was a devoted grandmother to her grandchild Noah, who was the light of her life. She was also an active member of the Woman’s Club of Lacey.

She is survived by her loving husband, Rich, with whom she shared 40 years of marriage. She was a loving mother to her son Sean and his wife, Amanda. She is the proud grandmother of Noah and the loving sister of Kathy. Her loved ones also include her cousins Donna Quinn, Peter and Michele Cassidy, and her beloved dog Daisy.

Visitation will be held at Kedz Funeral Home on Monday, June 1st from 4-7 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church in Toms River on June 2nd at 10:00 a.m.
