Matthew Michael Vasel, 60 of Toms River , passed away peacefully with his family at his side on Sunday, August 10, 2008 .
He was a certified public accountant, and a communicant of St. Joseph ’s Catholic Church. Born in Passaic , he lived in Clifton moving to Toms River in 1987.
