Richard “Rick” Beevers, 53 of Toms River , passed away on Sunday, October 18, at his home.
Richard worked as a case manager with the Ocean County Board of Social Services for 11 years. He graduated from Toms River High School South and attended Ocean County College and Monmouth University receiving his Bachelors Degree in 1983. He was a member of the Shore Vineyard Church of Beachwood and was active in several of the church ministries. Rick helped weekly in the church office, coordinated the food pantry but was most known for his prayer ministry. He was born in Newark and lived most of his life in Toms River .

Stephen Rotonda of Naperville , IL
And 6 grand nieces and nephews
Visitation will be held Saturday from 9 to 10 am at the Shore Vineyard Church , 320 Compass Ave. , Beachwood followed by a funeral service at 10:00 . Entombment will follow at the Ocean County Memorial Park Cemetery, Toms River .
Memorial donations are requested in lieu of flowers to the Shore Vineyard Church or the National Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33rd St. , New York , NY 10016 .
