Obituary of Francis Segner

Francis 'Frank' Segner, 75 of the Silver Ridge Park North section of Berkeley Twp., passed away Thursday, April 21, 2011 at his home. Frank was a plumber and worked for Centra-State Medical Center in Freehold, retiring in 1994. He was a member of St. Maximilian-Kolbe Catholic Church and was a member of the Silver Ridge Park North Mens Club. He proudly served in the US Army. Frank was born in Newark, NJ. He lived most of his life in Union, moving to Edison and then to Berkeley Twp. in 1972. He was predeceased by a son Steven Segner in 1996. Surviving are his beloved wife Elaine; son, Bryan Segner of Allentown, PA; three grandchildren, Nicholas Segner of Forked River, NJ, Jennifer Segner of New Brunswick, NJ, Eric Segner of Allentown, PA; and his sister Helen Jones, of Union, NJ. Friends are invited to a memorial gathering at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River, on Saturday, April 30, 2011 from 9 until the service time at 11:00am, followed by the interment of cremains at St. Joseph Cemetery, Toms River.
