Obituary of Angelina Van Billiard

Angelina Van Billiard, 90 of Manchester Township , passed away Saturday, October 17 at the Van Dyke Hospice Center, Toms River . Mrs. Van Billiard worked for the City of Newark as a clerk in the Credit Department for 20 years before retiring. She was a communicant of St. Joseph ’s Catholic Church, Toms River . Born and raised in Newark , she lived in Nutley before moving to Toms River 6 years ago. She was predeceased by her husband William P. Sr. and her son William P. Jr. Van Billiard. She is survived by: Sisters: Josephine Pallitta of Manchester Mary Miele of Toms River Brothers: Peter Policastro of Belleville Michael Policastro of Little Egg Harbor 2 Grandsons: William Van Billiard of Las Vegas William Van Billiard of Florida Also surviving are many nieces and nephews Visitation will be held Tuesday from 6 to8 pm at the Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave. , Toms River . Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at St. Joseph ’s Catholic Church. Interment will follow at St. Joseph ’s Cemetery.
