Marie Grillo Obituary
Marie Grillo, 86 of Manchester Township, passed away Sunday, June 5, 2011 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Marie was a communicant of St. John's Catholic Church of Lakehurst. She loved to play bingo, enjoyed playing cards with her friends and staying home spending time with her family. Born and raised in Newark, she lived in Toms River moving to Manchester 9 years ago. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Frank in 2002.
Surviving are her children, Anthony Grillo and Vicki Mancuso; two sisters, Josephine Svehla and Carmela Masi; three grandchildren, Frank, Michelle and Monica; and seven cherished great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10:00 am Thursday, at St. John's Catholic Church, 619 Chestnut Street, Lakehurst. In lieu of flowers, donations to Vitas Hospice, 1 Meridian Road, Suite 5, Eatontown, NJ 07724 in her memory would be appreciated.
