Nick Forte, 62, of Brick, formerly of Union, passed away May 27, 2012 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick. Nick owned and operated Nickal's Tavern in Union for over 15 years before retiring. Nick was predeceased by his father, Dominick, & his mother, Evelyn nee Forina.
Surviving are his wife, Ellen; his sons Ryan, Taylor , stepson Kevin, his
sister, Donna Wollentin, his aunt, Angie Forina, & many cousins & friends.
Visitation will be held from 4pm to 8 pm, Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at Kedz
Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Avenue, Toms River. The funeral liturgy will be
celebrated 10:30 am on Thursday, May 31 at St. Luke's Church, 1674 Old Freehold Road, Toms River. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Nick's name to the Oncology Dept at Ocean Medical Center, 425 Jack Martin Blvd., Brick NJ 08724.
