Obituary of Helen Corcoran

Helen Corcoran, 83 of Berkeley Twp., passed away Thursday, August 30, 2012 at home surrounded by her loving family. Helen worked for the Dime Savings Bank of Bensonhurst, NY for 25 years, retiring in 1992. She was a communicant of St. Maximilian-Kolbe Church. Born in New York, she lived in Brooklyn before moving to Berkeley Twp. in 1999. She was known as a wonderful neighbor, great friend, loving mother and a beloved wife. She is survived by her beloved husband John J. Corcoran; four devoted daughters, Patricia Corcoran Gonzalez of Lakewood, NJ, Donna Amato of Mastic, NY, Elena Marinello of Warren, NJ, Leonora Bentivegna of Manahawkin, NJ; 12 loving grandchildren, 6 cherished great grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 on Monday, Sept. 3, at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated 10:30am Tuesday at St. Maximilian-Kolbe Catholic Church. Interment will follow at the Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown.
