Kelly and Tracy. I worked with your Dad many many times over the course of our careers. He was my apprentice teacher and he taught me so much about not only welding and installing pipe but about living life as well. I didn't hear of his passing until a few months ago. After he retired I would call him from my job site to catch up on things going on in LU 475. We would be on the phone for an hour or more. Please accept my condolences on his passing. I know Ralph from my job at a financial institution in Lakewood. I first met Ralph when he and Caron came in for an appointment. After Caron's passing, Ralph and I would "really" have some wonderful conversations. Ralph was a "wonderful" man and when he came to the office we would always talk about his family and grandchildren. I remember when he bought his new truck, he was really thrilled. Ralph also spoke of the many friends that he had over the years and his love for Caron. I have thought about Ralph many times since I was told of his passing.... God surely put another bright shiny star in the sky, and if you look "very carefully" you can see the shining stars together.... Caron and our Ralph. Ralph's friend, Carrie Stephan

My deepest condolences to the wonderful Sibona family. Ralph was an incredible human being, always so kind, caring and eager to help his friends. He was a great family man and spoke often of his children and grandchildren with such pride. Ralph and I shared a lot of wonderful times together. He was the sweetest and most generous person I've ever known. He was surely "one of a kind" who will be sorely missed, leaving a void in the hearts of so many. RIP Ralph Love & Hugs, Marie

My sincere condolences to Ralph's family. Ralph was classmate at Chatham High, and an all-around nice guy. I used to go hunting with him after he went to church on Sundays. I wasn't Catholic, but I used to go with him sometimes. We would hide our shotguns outside St. Pauls and grqb them and head for the woods as soon as we got out. Rest in Peach, Ralph.
