Obituary of Alice F. Egner

Alice F. Egner, 83 of Manchester Twp., passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2021. Born in Jersey City, Alice grew up in Highlands, NJ. She lived in Brick before moving to Manchester in 1978. She worked as a teachers’ aide at the Regional Day School in Jackson, and also at the Manchester Ridgeway School. Alice held a Black Seal Boiler License and helped to maintain the boilers at the Ridgeway School. She enjoyed working with the children, being a wife and mother and also loved gardening. She served the Pine Ridge Safety Patrol and Manchester Crime Watch. She was predeceased by her husband Norman Vincent Robinson in 1993. Surviving are three sons: Michael Narmour of Forked River, Vincent Norman Robinson of Manchester, and Stephen L. Narmour of Florida. A memorial gathering will be held at Kedz Funeral Home, on Saturday, January 23, 2021 from 1:00 to 3:00pm. In lieu of flowers, a donation to Ocean of Love, 1709 NJ-37, Toms River, NJ 08753 can be made.
