Obituary of Charles V. Myers

Charles Myers is now with his Lord and Savior whom he loved and served. He retired from Brick Memorial High School as a Guidance Counselor. He faithfully lived a life of service for the Lord. Charles was a Trustee and Elder at Bethany Bible Chapel, Silverton NJ. He served on the Board of Trustees and volunteered at Pine Bush Bible Camp, NY, CMML-Missions in Many Lands, Wall, NJ, and The Ezekiel Project-Tepsi 1 MI, and also directed CSSM- Children’s Surf and Sand Mission, Surf City, NJ for over thirty-five years. He loved working with and encouraging young children. He was a true leader and faithful example! Charles showed how life, marriage, and family should be lived as a Christian. He will be deeply missed by his wife of sixty-one years, Marie, three children, nine grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. Charles is “absent from the body but now is present with his Lord and Savior” 2 Corinthians 5:8. We are certain he will hear, “Well done thou good and faithful servant…” Matthew 25:21 as he continues to live eternally with Jesus! In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Pine Bush Bible Camp, P.O. Box 764, New Providence, NJ 07974. A private funeral service will be held for the family.
