Ruth M. Carey, age 92, of Asbury Park, formerly of Wilkes-Barre, PA, passed away Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012 at the Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune, N.J. Born in Plymouth, PA she lived at the Asbury Towers for the past 15 years. Ruth was a member of Firwood United Methodist Church, Wilkes-Barre, and its United Methodist Women.
She was predeceased by her husband Harold C. Carey
Surviving are daughters, Sarah Wolcott and Joyce Mazur, both of Toms River, N.J.; 4 granddaughters and 7 great-grandchildren.
