Obituary of Kathryn A. Macleod

Kathryn A. Macleod, 75, of Toms River passed away peacefully on Monday, August 9, 2021, surrounded by her loving family. Kathryn was born in Garfield, NJ before moving to Toms River many years ago. She graduated from Toms River High School South. For over 30 years Kathryn has done a lot of charity work helping those in need. She had a love for quilting and would donate many of her handmade blankets to the local hospitals. Kathryn also had a love for animals and would often bring home stray dogs to care for them in their time of need. She is predeceased by her loving husband, Robert Macleod. Kathryn is survived by her sons, Robert and his wife Sherri, and John; daughters, Sandra and her husband Michael, and Cindy; brother, Carl Mangano; sister, Marie Sneddon; grandchildren, Christina, Robert, Christina, Nicholas, Jayden, Noriah, and Tyler, and great grandchild, Hunter. Visitation will be held at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River on Thursday, August 12, 2021 from 1 – 3 pm. Interment will be private for family.
