Richard G. Mastrorilli, 67, of Toms River NJ, passed away on Monday October 25th, 2021 at Community Medical Center. Rick was born in Jersey City to the late Michael Mastrorilli and Antoinette (Piciullo) Mastrorilli on February 22, 1954. He graduated from Asbury Park High School class of 1972 and graduated from Middlesex County College with an Applied Science degree in 1995. In his younger years he was a member of the Bradley Beach Fire Department. He married Patrice Hogan on October 11 1987 in Smithville, NJ. He worked as a design engineer at ATC Systems for 23 years. His passion truly lied with serving God and loving his family. Nothing was more enjoyable to him than a Saturday afternoon in a noisy house making memories with his grandchildren. He was an active member of Shore Life Church, served in numerous youth ministries, and peer counseled at Crisis Pregnancy Center while living in Nazareth, PA. Rick is preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Antoinette Mastrorilli. He is survived by his wife, Patrice Mastrorilli, his 3 sons and their wives, Adam and Carissa Henry, Richard and Felicia Mastrorilli, and Luke and Catie Mastrorilli, and his 9 grandchildren Jeremiah (21), Rosalie (15), Isaiah (13) , Makayla (11), Rebekah (8), Richie (5), Shaelyn (3), Emma (1), and Declan (1). He is also survived by his 5 siblings Michael and Alice Mastrorilli, Judy and Michael Ciancio, Marie and Pete Siano, Mark and Shirley Mastrorilli, and Lisa and Jim Glinksy, and many nieces and nephews. The celebration-of-life services will be held on Friday October 29th from 2-4PM and 7-9PM at Cedar Creek Community Church - 370 Nixon Ave Bayville, NJ 08721.
