Obituary of Joan T. Maguire

Joan T. Maguire, 72 of Toms River, passed away Monday, March 11, 2013. Joan worked for Insulite of Toms River for many years, retiring in 2000. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and lived in Newark before moving to Toms River in 1964 where she attended St. Luke's Catholic Church. Joan was predeceased by her husband John J. Maguire in 1997. Surviving are her children; Paul Kelly, Donald Verderosa and wife Joanne, Teri Bush and husband Tom, Susan Wong and husband Andy, Roberta Emerson and Charles Emerson; sister Maryann Decker; 9 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Sunday, March 17 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River. A funeral liturgy will be celebrated 9:15am Monday at St. Luke's Catholic Church, 1674 Old Freehold Road, Toms River. Interment will follow at the Brig. General William Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donation to Deborah Hospital Foundation, P.O. Box 820, Browns Mills, NJ 08015 in her memorial would be appreciated.
