Obituary of Jerry R. Dyke

Jerry R. Dyke, 60 of Toms River, passed away Saturday, April 13, 2013. Jerry worked in construction and was the owner of Marine DC Systems. He was an amateur radio enthusiast and enjoyed talking with people all over the world. His passion was boating and getting on the water as much as he could. He was born and raised in Red Bank and lived in Forked River before moving to Toms River several years ago. He also lived in Huntington WV where he was a member of New Life Church. He was the son of the late Robert and Madeline Dyke. He is preceded in death by his brother Roy Dyke. He is survived by his wife Delores; two daughters, Andrea and her husband Roman Thompson of Barboursville, WV and Elizabeth Craven of Las Vegas, NV; grandson, Michael Thompson; two brothers, Bob Dyke and his wife Phyllis; Ralph Dyke; his sister, Icie Conover; and nieces and nephews; and his little buddy Jingles.
