Obituary of Paul J. Kennedy, III

On Wednesday June 1st, 2022, Paul J Kennedy, III passed away at the age of 50 years old. Paul was born on June 4th, 1971 in Hoboken, NJ to Paul and Vivian Kennedy. On July 28, 1996 he married Carole Tombs. They raised three daughters Ashley, Emily, and Amy and one son, Paul IV. Growing up Paul loved surfing on the Jersey Shore and also spending time with his friends playing softball. Paul had a passion for playing the guitar, listening to music, and spending time with his family. He was known for his quick wit, his infectious smile and his kind and compassionate spirit. Paul is survived by his father, Paul II and his mother, Vivian. He also leaves behind his wife Carole, sister Jamie, brother Jack(Jennifer). Four children, Paul, Ashley, Emily, and Amy. In addition, Paul had 5 grandchildren, Cameron, Andrea, Chelsea, Aiden, and Olivia. Paul is also survived by his three nephews, Anthony, Bobby, and Johnny, and two nieces, Jillian and Julia. Visitation will be held on Monday June 13th, 2022 from 9 - 10:30 a.m. at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Avenue, Toms River.
