Obituary of Oscar R. Orellana

In loving memory of our father, Oscar R. Orellana, who passed away on June 26th, 2022. He was the devoted husband of Angela Chavarria Orellana and loving father of Oscar A. Orellana, Oscar R. Orellana, Raul E. Orellana, Osman R. Orellana, Angel A. Orellana, and Walter A. Orellana. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. One of the kindest souls on this planet, our father was a gentle, giving man who worked tirelessly to ensure that his family had everything they needed. He faced every challenge in life with admirable strength and courage. Early in life, our father learned the importance of hard work and he instilled that same work ethic in us. He was always there for us when we needed help with anything in life. He was a man of honor and he taught us the importance of family, hard work, and doing what is right. For all those that knew Oscar R. Orellana, he was often the life of the party! He was also a passionate soccer fan and could often be found at home watching games of Barcelona or the Honduras National Team. When he wasn’t home there was a good chance he was buying scratch-offs or playing his numbers for the lottery. Our father was a true role model who we will always look up to. The funeral service will be held at Kedz Funeral Home on Thursday, June 30th, 2022 from 5:30 PM-8:00 PM.
