Nora Anne Jelley, 88, of Jupiter Farms Florida and South Riding Virginia, passed away on 4 February 2023 in Dulles Virginia.

Nora was born in the family farmhouse in Bayville New Jersey to Donald and Emily Stilwell on 24 December 1934. She attended Toms River High School graduating in 1952. She retired as a bookkeeper for the Ocean County New Jersey Government. She enjoyed writing poetry and published a book Poems To Be Still By in 2009. She enjoyed the followship of her church, Crossbridge Community Church during her time in New Jersey.

She is preceded in death by her husband Alfred Jelley, parents Donald and Emily Stilwell and grandson Jesse Becker.

Nora is survived by her two daughters and their husbands Donna and Michael Harris of Jupiter Farms, Florida and Sharon Becker and Michael Payne of South Riding, Virginia and her brother and wife Ronald and Kay Stilwell of Sebastian Florida.

Visitation will be held at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Avenue, Toms River, NJ on 11 February 2023 at 9 am. Funeral service follows at 11 am with Reverend Lou Saldiveri of Crossbridge Community Church officiating. Burial will follow at Good Luck Cemetery 57 Haines St E Lanoka Harbor NJ. Kedz Funeral Home will be handling the funeral arrangements.
