Obituary of Linda Ann Tucker

Linda Ann Tucker, age 70, passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2023, after a long, courageous battle with Alzheimer’s Disease. Linda grew up in Frostproof, Florida before moving to New Jersey in her 20s. While working at K-Mart she was introduced to her future husband, Mark, who she married in 1980. No one was sweeter than Linda. She made friends everywhere she went. You couldn’t ask for a more loyal person to have in your corner. She was also a good sport, whether that meant driving her daughter all over the state for ridiculous reasons, acting in her son’s videos or baking cookies for every single bowling match. She was always up for an adventure, especially if it meant making her family happy. She is predeceased by her parents George and Evelyn, and her sister Jeanette. Linda is survived by her husband Mark; son Matt; daughter Melissa and her husband Dave, as well as her two granddaughters, Vivian and Scarlett. Services will be held at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River on Thursday, March 23 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Association would be appreciated.
