To the love of my life I'm so lost without you. Thank you for all the times we had I will always treasure them. I don't know how I go on without you but I'm going to try one day we'll meet again I'm so sorry everything happened the way you did you put up a good fight you know everybody called you Superman of the ICU and that you were you were Superman everyday in my life and I thank you for it one day we'll meet again I love you!
