Obituary of Catherine A. Stippel

Catherine A. Stippel, 69 of Lakewood, died Sunday, September 29, 2013. Catherine worked for the Asbury Park Press for many years retiring in 2006. She was predeceased by her husband Donald in 1996, her parents Eugene and Anna Solovikos and her brother Theodore.
Surviving are three aunts, Madeline DeSarno, Dorothy Ulenski, both of Neptune, Harriet Burner of Neptune City; several cousins and close friends.
Visitation will be held at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River on Friday from 6 to 8 pm with a funeral service at 7:30pm. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Salvation Army, 1738 Route 37 East, Toms River, NJ 08753 in her memory would be appreciated.
