Paul Kelly, 69, passed away Monday, March 25, 2024 after a brief illness. Born in Newark, NJ, he lived in Toms River most of his life. He was a graduate of Toms River High School South where he was on the wrestling and football teams. He liked motorcycles, listening to the Beatles and watching football. He was an avid NY Giants fan. He spent his entire career in the carpet and flooring industry.

Paul was predeceased by his parents and brother, Donald G. Verderosa, Jr.

He is survived by his three sons, Paul Kelly, Jr., Gabriel Kelly and his fiance Jackie Augustensen, and Gregory Kelly and his long time girlfriend Tina Pinto; sisters, Teri and Tom Bush, Susan and Andy Wong, and Roberta Emerson and fiance Ted Runyon; brother, Charles and Melissa Emerson; grandchildren, Madison Kelly, Kamryn Almonte, Kamrin Kelly, Gregory Kelly, Jr., and Kaylyn Kelly; one aunt, and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Cremation will be private and a memorial service will take place at a later date.
