Angela M. Peterson, 71 of Barnegat passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Paterson, NJ, she was raised in Ridgewood and graduated from Ridgewood High School. She later moved to Franklin Lakes where she was a dedicated member of the Franklin Lakes Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary for many years. She eventually settled in Barnegat, NJ.

Angela loved going to Atlantic City, enjoying a night out for dinner, going to the beach, camping, but most importantly spending as much time as she could with her kids and grandkids.

She is predeceased by her parents, Anthony and Rose Dinice, and her mother-in-law, Elizabeth Peterson.

Angela is survived by her daughter, Christine Weigand and her husband Michael; son, Brian Peterson and his wife Jessica; loving partner, Eddie Bogdan; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Michael Jr., Matthew, Tyler, and Justin; siblings, Jean Staff, Paul Dinice, Debbie Salerno, and Carol Ciardi, and many loving nieces, nephews, and extended family.

A viewing will be held on Monday, December 9, 2024 from 4 – 8 pm at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Avenue, Toms River, NJ 08753.
