Obituary of Thomas M. Ralston

Thomas M. Ralston, aged 62, passed away in Toms River, NJ, at Community Medical Center on Sunday December 1, 2013. Thomas was an honorable man who served in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam War from 1969 to 1971. Born in Elizabeth, NJ, he formerly resided in Vailsburg, a subsection of Newark, before moving to Westfield, NJ, with his family. During his lifetime, he worked as a private contractor for over 35 years, and retired after relocating to Seaside Park, NJ. Tom was survived by his wife Nilda Ralston of 34 years and his three children, Thomas R. Ralston, Carla M. Ralston, and Jessica R, Rodriguez, in addition to her three children, Priscilla, Tatiana, Kieana Fenty. A memorial will be held at Kedz Funeral Home 1123 Hooper Avenue, Toms River on Wednesday, December 11, 2013from 6 to 8 p.m., with a funeral service being offered at 7:30 pm.
