John R. Cutrufello, 64 of Whiting, passed away peacefully on February 6, 2014 after a long illness. Born in Elizabeth, he grew up in Roselle Park, later moving to Plantation, FL. He received a BA degree in accounting, working in that field for 30 years. In 2001, he returned to NJ settling in Whiting, working for the Manchester Shop Rite. John enjoyed sports and was an avid NY Yankee and NY Giants fan.
Predeceased by his parents, John L. & Elise (DeVita) Cutrufello, John is survived by a brother, Ronald of Lake Placid, FL; sisters, Dolores Muldowney of Englewood, FL, Angela Smith of Manchester, NJ, and several nephews and nieces.
A private graveside ceremony will be held at a later date at St. Joseph's Cemetery under the direction of Kedz Funeral Home in Toms River.
