Obituary of Stella Mastromonica

Stella Mastromonica, 97 of Toms River, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 01, 2014. Stella worked as a seamstress in New York and was a devoted wife and mother. Born and raised in Jersey City, she moved to the Toms River area in 2005. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph, her brother Jimmy Adamo and sister Jenny Adamo. Stella is survived by her daughters, Charlene Cruoglio of Toms River, Jeanine Horowitz and her husband Ron of Middletown; sister Julia Frank of Toms River; 4 grandchildren, Anthony and Michael Cruoglio, Nolan and Justin Horowitz. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 3 to 7 pm at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 9:30 am, Thursday at St. Justin's Catholic Church, 975 Fischer Blvd., Toms River. Entombment will follow at Ocean County Memorial Park.
