Obituary of Gaetano S. Tomasi

Gaetano 'Guy' Tomasi, 62 of Toms River, passed away on Saturday, May 10, 2014. He was a salesman and worked for Auto Mart in Linden and for Motor World in Paramus. He was first and foremost a Dad. After years of being a confirmed bachelor he took to the role with joy and pride.He enjoyed boating and driving his red corvette and he also loved everything "shore." From a young age along with HIS dad he fished, went crabbing and loved to take the kids for all the above and to play games at the boardwalk. He loved to play the ponies especially his sister's. He was also the consummate salesman. He was friend to all he knew. He is survived by his wife Rachel and loving children Angela, Jordan, Alexandra, Jacob, John and Nicholas; his sister Nikki and brother in law Rob; niece and nephew Robert and Nicole; Brother in law David and sister in law Holly, and nephews Dylan and Jackson and niece Abigail; cousins Frank, Steve and Aunt Pat, very close friend Christine and friends too numerous to list. He will be missed deeply and forever. A memorial gathering will be held at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River on Thursday, May 15, from 3 to 6 pm with a service offered at 5:30pm
