Obituary of Wanda J Redzinak

Wanda J. Redzinak, 95 of Toms River , passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, September 27, 2010 . Wanda worked for the Singer Manufacturing Co. in Elizabeth as a secretary for many years, retiring in 1970. She attended St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Seaside Park . She was a member of the Red Ace’s Club in Elizabeth and enjoyed bowling, sewing and crocheting. Her greatest joy came from taking care of her family and spending time with her nieces and nephews. Born and raised in Elizabeth , she lived in Linden and Rahway before moving to Toms River in 1968. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 70 years, Walter Redzinak, Sr. in 2005. She is survived by her devoted son, Walter Jr., of Toms River ; a brother Edward Stefanik of Seaside Park ; a sister, Catherine Gill of Linden ; and many loving nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave. , Toms River . Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10:00am at St. Catherine of Siena Church , 50 ‘E’ Street, Seaside Park .
