Francisca G. Felicia, 98 of Toms River , passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2009 at Community Medical Center , Toms River . She was born and raised in the Philippines and moved to New Jersey in 1974. She was predeceased by her husband Raymundo in 1979. Francisca raised 7 devoted children, 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm Sunday, Dec. 13 at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave. , Toms River . Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday, 9:15am at St. Luke’s Catholic Church, 1674 Old Freehold Road , Toms River . Arrive at the funeral home at 8 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Saddle Brook , NJ .
