Amy made me laugh when laughing didn't come so easy. My heart goes out to her family. She was full of love and kindness and surely will be missed. Thank you Amy for making me smile and reminding me that laughter is one of the best medicines for Lyme Disease.

My deepest condolences go out to the family and close friends of Amy. Having worked with her for 15 years, I have come to know the caring, brilliant woman she was. Amy helped me with my Lyme disease diagnosis and treatment when I was a young man, fresh out of college, and to that I will be forever grateful. Rest easy Amy.

My sincere condolences to Amy's family. I will miss our Wednesday conversations at work as she would visit my dogs Molly and Minnie. She really loved animals and they will miss her for their treats and love she would bring. Everyone at Freehold Raceway will never forget her.

Sad Farewell to my sweet and lovely and talented and brilliant and wonderful and generous and creative little sister. You had all of our Mother's incredible artistic and musical creativity, and all of our Father's intellectual attention to detail.
And your own joie de vivre...I miss you....Love, Chas

My sympathies to Amy's family and friends. We unfortunately shared a connection as Lyme disease sufferers and volunteered together with the LDACNJ and most recently with the John Drulle, MD Memorial Lyme Fund. My last memory of her will be at our last fundraiser at Jenks last October, having a lively discussion of the latest triple crown winner, American Pharoah, Monmouth Park and horses in general. I will miss her courage, strength and humor.

My most sincere condolences to Amy's family. I knew Amy from the early days of LDA of Central Jersey (Lyme Disease) where she became very good friends with my wife Gail as they both shared the curse of Lyme Disease but the joy of horses. I am sure that they are once again joined together and watching over the animals that they loved both on the racetrack and off.

We appreciated Amy as one-of-a-kind, outspoken and brave. She was always willing to try new treatments for Lyme disease. She worked hard for patients with Lyme disease, first with the LDANJ and then the John Drulle, MD Memorial Lyme Fund. In the early days of Lyme activism, she even bought her own copier so she could get the word out. And who can forget her cow costume at the Great Imitator fundraiser? We enjoyed her sense of humor and appreciated her devotion to Matty and Chris.
With love, Ken and Kerry

My thoughts and prayers go out to Amy's family at this time. I worked for her part time for many years at NJRC. She was a kind and compassionate person to friends. co-workers and especially to the horses she watched over at the different race tracks.
May you be comforted by loving memories of her.
