Juliette Closter, 91 of Toms River, passed away Tuesday, March 17 at Bey Lea Village, Toms River. She was a member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church of Manchester. Born in Germany, Juliette lived in Watchung for 20 years, and Clearwater, Fl. for 20 years before moving to Toms River in 1999. Juliette was predeceased by her beloved husband of 61 years, Louis W. Closter in 2002 and a sister Mabel Luciano in 2008. She was the devoted mother of: Three daughters and their husbands: Louetta and Ronald Potts of Warren, Julie and Edward Tranosky of Perrineville and Linda and Robert Horn of Brick A son and his wife: Louis F. and Ellen Closter of Toms River Also surviving are: A brother, Rolf Michaelis and his wife Rita of Houston, TX 10 Loving grandchildren 6 great Grandchildren 2 nieces and 2 nephews. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River. A funeral service will be offered 10:00 am Thursday at the Redeemer Lutheran Church, 2309 Hwy. 70 East, Manchester, NJ, followed by interment at the Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name to the Redeemer Lutheran Church would be appreciated.
