Obituary of Joseph H. DeVaul

Joseph H. DeVaul, 81, of Toms River, passed away Sunday, March 15 at Kensington Manor, Toms River. Joseph worked for Seaside Furniture as a warehouse manager before retiring after 30 years. He was a communicant of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church and a member of the American Legion, Seaside Heights Post 351. Born and raised in Trenton, he lived in Lavallette, moving to Toms River 56 years ago. Surviving are: His wife of 25 years: Patricia DeVaul Two sons: Harry and Joseph Daughter: Maureen and two step daughters, Katherine and Patricia. 8 Grandchildren and 1 Great granddaughter. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm at the Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River. A prayer service will be conducted 11:00 am Wednesday at the funeral home followed by interment at St. Joseph Cemetery, Toms River.
