Peter was our lawyer who helped us through a difficult time when my husband's father passed away. We offer our sympathy to his dear sister Dottie who we knew from our church All Saints' in Lakewood. I know that it must have been traumatic to lose your brother so suddenly, Dottie, but know we will be there for you if you need us.

Peter was a gracious, kind and generous man who was a great support to Georgian Court University. His devotion to his friends and family was only outdone by his devotion to his church and community. He will be surely missed by the Bay Head community and by those of us who came to know his generous, fun loving spirit.

Peter was a client of mine for many years and came to be a personal friend during that time. What has always stuck with me, during our countless conversations, is his protective nature with regard to his sister, Dotty. While Peter was very active in his personal life and was always dedicated to his career as an attorney in NJ, he was deeply concerned about his family, expressing sincere thoughts for Dotty's welfare and how he intended to be supportive in all of her life decisions and achievements. Peter will be missed by me, by his friends and associates, but most of all, by his only sister, Dotty, who survives him, and who will carry on with their shared lifelong memories and his legacy. I will be there for Dotty, as Peter would want, as I consider Dotty to be an extension of my own family. It is the best way I know to honor Peter's memory. I am deeply grateful for knowing Peter in my lifetime, and I pray he is amongst the angels looking from above feeling as whole and happy as he should. I pray that Dotty always feels him close to her and that she knows how much he loved her, and continues to love and protect her. My sincerest condolences to Dotty, and my prayers for Peter that he rest in eternal peace, Jeff Tauber

My memories of the many phone conversations with Peter are filled with warmth. He was always so kind, friendly and conversational. Always a pleasure to interact with him and to be engaged in the goings-on in his life over the last 16 years. He will be missed very much, and I pray that he has found eternal peace and knows of a deeper love where he is now, amongst the souls of family and friends that have passed on before him. I pray for his sister, Dotty, whom I cherish!! Dotty holds the best and most fondest memories of Peter since childhood. I pray for her peace as well, as she continues to grieve for her brother. I pray that she knows that his love is still with her --Always!! Someone once told me that we are not human beings put on earth for a spiritual experience, but rather, we are Spiritual Beings put on earth for a human experience. Love is eternal. My deepest sympathies and condolences to the family and friends of Peter Strohm. Peter was a strong advocate for Georgian Court College. While he will no longer be with us, his work as a Trustee will live on. I feel privileged to have met him and enjoyed our many discussions especially those where he helped me to see things differently. Peter you will be missed.
