Obituary of Clare Pfeiffer Gebhardt Wilchuck

Clare Pfeiffer Gebhardt Wilchuck, died peacefully on January 26, 2009 in the comfort of her home in Toms River. She was 75. Born July 4th 1933 in Bronx, New York, the daughter of Clara and William Matey. She lived in Hudson County for several years and moved to Toms River 31 years ago. She was a loving mother and friend and she will be greatly missed. She is survived by her loving husband Michael Wilchuck and was a devoted mother of three daughters, Christine, Carol and Kathleen; six sons, Peter, David, Robert, William, Michael and Kenneth, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren, and her pooch Bailey. She’s crystallized in every tear drop. She is the place that we came from, our first home, and she’s the map that we follow with every step we took. She’s our first love, our first heartbreak and nothing on earth can separate us. Not time, not space…not even death. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Clare’s life with her family on Monday, February 2, from 7 to 9 p.m. with an 8:30 pm service at the Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River.
