Obituary of Lourdes Atas

Lourdes Atas, 87 of Manchester, went to the hands of our Dear Lord, Monday , October 16, 2017. Lourdes was a graduate of the University of the Philippines and was a professor at Central Escolar University and Araullo High School . She was born in Iloilo City, Philippines and came to the US in 2000. She attended St. Joseph's Catholic Church of Toms River. She was predeceased by her daughter Pamela Capua. She is survived by her beloved husband, Jose Antonio Atas; two daughters, Antoinette Delacruz and her husband Dennis of Manchester and Leslie Mae De Ramos and her husband Edgar of the Philippines; Son- in- Law Jun Capua and grandchildren Dylan and Christian Delacruz, Terence, Clarence and Thea De Ramos, Patricia and Justin Capua. Visitation will be held at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River on Thursday from 7 to 9 pm with a service at 8:30 pm at the funeral home.
