Obituary of William S. Missall

William S. Missall, 95 of Toms River, passed away Thursday, December 7, 2017. William worked as a residential construction carpenter in the Millburn, NJ area for 30 years. He was a proud Army veteran having served during World War II. William was born and raised in Staten Island, NY and moved to Toms River in 1968. He was predeceased by his first wife Helen O'Connell Missall in 1972 and his second wife Helene Missall, 1999. He is survived by his daughter Mary Ann Mathis and her husband Richard, Sr.,; three grandchildren, Tara Ann Mathis, Richard Mathis, Jr., Kevin Mathis; six great grandchildren, Jaiden, Trevor, Kylie, Lucas, Logan, Devlin; sister, Claire Miney, six nieces and nephews, Raymond Miney, George Missall, Dorothy Owens, Val Marie Chiatto, Margaret Moschetto, Mark Missall, Edmund Missall. Visitation will be held at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River on Tuesday from 10:00 am until the time of the service at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at the Ocean County Memorial Park.
