Obituary of Viola S. Spagnuolo

Viola S. Spagnuolo, 87 of Toms River, passed away January 29, 2018. Viola worked as a book binder with Progressive Bindery in Newark. Born in Birmingham Michigan, Viola lived in Newark and Roselle Park before moving to Toms River in 1979. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Raffaele in 1993 and a daughter Diana Chiaravallo in 2013. Surviving are two sons, Ralph (Pamela), Steven (Cathy); daughter, Sandra Merchant; sister, Theresa Gocklin; son in law Joseph Chiaravallo; 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be held at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River on Thursday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 12:00 Friday at St. Joseph's Church, 685 Hooper Ave., Toms River. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory are requested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
