Obituary of Josephine Pallitta

Josephine Pallitta, 94 of Toms River, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 7, 2018. Josephine worked at the RCA Space Center in Hightstown, the Hewlett Packard Co. in Boonton and most recently she worked as an electronics assembler for Aviv Biomedical Instruments in Lakewood for 12 years, retiring in 2000. She was a communicant of St. Joseph's Catholic Church where she was active with the Altar Rosary Society. Josephine was born in Newark and lived in Denville and Toms River settling in Manchester 16 years ago. She was predeceased by 9 brothers and sisters and a great granddaughter Jessie Rose. She is survived by two daughters, Joyce Schenck and husband John, Diana Genovese and husband Tom; four grandchildren, John and Mike Genovese, Gary Schenck and Janet Schwartz; 9 great grandchildren, Joseph, Julie, Gianna, Gavin, Abigail, Olivia, Jackson, Lilliana and Thomas. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 4 to 7 pm at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River.
