Obituary of Hector Rodriguez

Hector Rodriguez, 44 of Toms River passed away Sunday, August 5, 2018 at home with his loving family at his side. Hector loved being outdoors camping, riding his motorcycle, washing his Cadillac, sitting on the deck enjoying nature with his BFF, his dogs, doing yoga, zumba and listening to music -#DjWatdahec. He wanted the world for all his kids. He shared everything he had with everyone. He showed us how to be peaceful souls and had a calming effect on those around him. Hector worked for VIE Healthcare as a Business Analyst for the last 5 years. He was a member of the NJ Northeast Carpenters Local 255 for the past 16 years and was a former Scoutmaster with BSA Troop 50. Hector was born in Lakewood and moved to Toms River 18 years ago. He was predeceased by a brother Noel Rodriguez. He is survived by his loving wife Cyndi; children Nina-Marie, DeVante', Jamaira, Ismael and Naysa; mother Miriam Vega; maternal grandmother Gloria Zapata; loving mother-in-law Fran; sister Venessa; brother Ralph and his wife; his two favorite Aunts; many nieces and nephews along with way too many friends to mention. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial gathering on Friday, August 10, 2018 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River.
