Obituary of Patrick J, Farley

Patrick J. Farley, Jr., age 54 of Toms River, passed away suddenly on Sunday, October 28, 2018. Patrick was born in Manhattan and grew up in Jackson, where he graduated from Jackson High School. Patrick was an avid Giants and Yankees fan and worked nationally in Restaurant Management. He had a huge heart, infectious personality and genuinely made you feel like you were the only person in the room. Patrick was the beloved son of Patrick James Farley, Sr. and step-son of Dr. Louise DePodesta. He was predeceased by his mother, and best friend, Barbara Stuart Farley in 2004. Patrick is survived by his brother Michael Farley; three sisters, Lynn Damon, Jo-Ann Farley, Susan Ruzzo; two nephews, Enoch Farley, Patrick Ruzzo; two nieces, Dylan Farley, Aiden Damon; and numerous friends and family who loved him dearly, you couldn't help it! Visitation will be held at the Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River, on Saturday, November 3, 2018 from 12:00 to 4:00 pm. Reception to follow at family home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Patrick's memory to the New England Center for Children (https://www.necc.org/) in Southborough, MA.
