Because he loved golf, he went on a golf outing. Because he loved his wife, he suggested she invite me for a visit to keep her company. Thus, this man whom I barely knew, facilitated a perfect experience for me that has become a precious memory.

Marie and family,
Our deepest condolences on the loss of Charlie. He was a terrific and funny man, just a wonderful guy with whom I had many laughs either at work or in the gym. I will miss him greatly. When I think of Charlie I will always think of a proud Marine, a “good Trooper” and a great American.
