Bill was a very sweet and kind man. I met his family by living in the same apartment building in Irvington. He was always there whenever we needed him for anything. He was my knight and shining armor! He comfort me when times weren’t so great growing up! He was a better dad to me than my own biological one was. I had the pleasure of visiting him in 2017.
