William S. Reed, 89, of Toms River, NJ, passed away at Community Medical Center on July 16, 2024. Bill was born in Newark, New Jersey on January 9, 1935. He served in the National Guard and received recognition as an expert marksman. His profession as a color matcher spanned over 40 years.
He is survived by his loving wife, Rose Marie Reed; daughter, Kathleen Foor; granddaughter, Kara Foor, and brother John Reed. He is predeceased by his sons William S. Reed Jr. and Michael V. Reed.
