My memory of John. I was his next door neighbor on the right and my neighbor on the left had part of his fence down fixing it and John's fence was being fixed also. I heard a commotion and looked out to see that the neighbor's dog was charging at John's dog Rocky. John jumped on Rocky and covered him with his body protecting him while the other dog came at them. I was amazed at John's bravery but he loved that dog and his dog before, Rags. He was a good man and fought so hard and for so long. May he now rest in peace in God's loving arms and surrounded by the angels.

I Have Known John and His Brothers My Whole Life as We All Grew up on Clifton Avenue in Newark. John or BATMAN as I Knew Him Was a Really Good Guy as Were All Of His Brothers. Even Though BATMAN was a Couple of Years Older than Me We Were Friends from the Moment We Met Back in the 60's. His Mom Sabina was a Great Lady Also. Rest in Peace My Brother.
